These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnagThatLead AI service ("Service") operated by SnagThatLead AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SnagThatLead AI is a managed AI lead response service for local service businesses. We install and manage an AI-powered system that responds to missed calls, website chat inquiries, and text messages on your behalf. The system qualifies leads and books appointments into your calendar. We handle setup, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter agreements on behalf of your business to use this Service. By signing up, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Setup fee: A one-time setup fee of $497 is charged when you sign up. This covers custom AI assistant configuration, chat widget installation, missed-call text-back setup, calendar integration, and go-live within 48 hours.
Monthly service fee: A recurring fee of $397 per month is charged on the same date each month. This covers 24/7 AI lead response, ongoing optimization, monitoring, and support.
Payment processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively.
If our service does not generate at least 5 additional booked appointments for your business within the first 30 days of going live, we will refund your setup fee and your first month's service fee in full. To claim this guarantee, contact us at hello@snagthatlead.com within 35 days of your go-live date. "Go-live" means the date your AI assistant is configured, tested, and actively responding to leads.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@snagthatlead.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable after the first 30 days (subject to our satisfaction guarantee).
Upon cancellation, we will remove the chat widget from your website, deactivate the missed-call text-back system, and delete your business configuration within 30 days.
Our service sends SMS messages to individuals who call your business and do not reach a live person. By using our Service, you confirm that:

Our AI assistant generates responses based on the business information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for verifying that the information provided to your AI assistant is accurate and up to date. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
We retain ownership of the SnagThatLead AI platform, chat widget code, API infrastructure, and AI system prompts. You retain ownership of your business information, customer data, and conversation content generated through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnagThatLead AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnagThatLead AI from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (Twilio, hosting providers), and force majeure events may affect availability. We will notify you of planned downtime when possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Douglas County, Georgia.
