3. SMS and Messaging

Our service sends SMS messages to your customers on your behalf when they call your business and the call is not answered. By using our service, you confirm that you have the right to communicate with your customers via SMS for business purposes.

Your customers can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying HELP to any message will return a short help response with contact information. We honor all opt-out requests immediately.

Typical message frequency is 1 missed-call text-back, any replies the customer sends as part of the same conversation, and 1 appointment confirmation text if a booking is made. Message and data rates may apply.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be sold.
