These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") apply to the text messaging services provided by SnagThatLead AI ("we," "us," or "our") on behalf of our business clients. By interacting with a business that uses the SnagThatLead AI platform, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Quick summary: If you call a business that uses SnagThatLead and the call is not answered, you will receive a text message from that business. You can reply to that text to get help. You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP.

The customer initiates contact by calling the business. This is the only trigger for the SMS flow. No messages are sent without the customer calling first.

If not answered: Voicemail plays. System detects the missed call and proceeds to Step 3.

Within 60 seconds of the missed call, the system sends a single text message to the customer's phone number.

Once the customer's needs are understood, the AI assistant offers to book an appointment and provides a booking link.

When you call a participating business and the call is not answered, our system sends you a text message so the business can assist you as quickly as possible.

This consent is based on your initiation of contact with the business. You are not required to consent to text messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

If you use a website chat widget powered by SnagThatLead and voluntarily provide your phone number, you consent to receive follow-up text messages related to your inquiry.
